The new built Marias house is located about 150m from wonderful Prasoudi sandy beach. It consists of 2 x 3 bedrooms apartments. One apartment on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both with a see view. Each apartment consists of, three bedrooms, livingroom, full equipped kitchen, including wash machine, one WC/Bath and one WC/Schower, full airconditioning and Sat-TV. Outside of the house we offer a very big nice garden with free parking and a small BBQ.

Two tavernas with home made delicious foods and with fresh fishes are also in 150m from the House Marias away. A mini market you find it in about two Km away and bigger Super Markets, bank automat, pharmacy and all other kinds of shops you find it in about 5 to 6 Km away in Messonghi or Moraitika.
